Simone Kelly, a passionate advocate for seniors, established Seniornicity to provide seniors and their families with the accurate, professional guidance needed to navigate the complexities of aging. Her personal journey through the experience with her family has deeply informed her mission, driving her commitment to improving the decision-making process for others facing similar challenges.

Simone Kelly is the Founder and CEO of Seniornicity, a national B2B senior transition network designed to declutter and organize the fragmented senior service system by building a coordinated Senior Ecosystem of specialized professionals.
Seniornicity connects vetted providers across senior-focused real estate, estate liquidation, senior placement, caregiving, lending, property management, and aging-in-place home service vendors. The platform was created to align professionals who serve older adults during major life transitions, improving collaboration, referral structure, and decision clarity for families.
With more than 20 years of experience across real estate, lending, escrow, transaction coordination, estate sale operations, and franchise development, Simone has overseen more than 1,000 property and estate-related transactions representing over $10 million in gross sales.
She has operated both as a franchisee and as a franchisor, scaling a single-location estate services operation into a national brand with more than 52 locations across the United States. Her experience building, standardizing, and supporting multi-location service systems informs her approach to developing professional networks with structure, accountability, and consistency.
Throughout her career, Simone has worked at the intersection of senior housing transitions, downsizing strategy, estate liquidation, and vendor coordination. She recognized that families navigating aging-related decisions often encounter a disconnected system of providers operating independently. Seniornicity was developed to address that fragmentation by organizing senior service professionals into an integrated, referral-driven ecosystem built around expertise and trust.
