12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION, GOVERNING LAW, AND VENUE

By using Seniornicity.com, you agree that except for small claims and intellectual property disputes, you waive your
right to a jury trial and all disputes related to the site or services will be resolved through binding arbitration
administered by JAMS. Users may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these terms by emailing
support@jantstons.com with their name, address, and clear intent to opt out. If any part of this arbitration agreement
is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

B. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
You and we agree that any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or Services is personal in nature and will be
resolved solely through individual action and will not be pursued as a class arbitration, class action, or any other
type of representative proceeding.

C. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms and Conditions are entered into in the State of California and shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of California, exclusive of its choice of law rules. Any dispute between the
parties that is not subject to arbitration pursuant to these Terms and Conditions below will be resolved in the state or
federal courts of California and the United States, respectively, sitting in Los Angeles County, California. Each party
to these Terms and Conditions submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the
County of Los Angeles in the State of California, and waives any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum
objections to such courts. In any action to enforce these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party will be entitled
to costs and attorneys' fees. In the event that any of the Terms and Conditions are held by a court or other tribunal of
competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, those provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent
necessary so that these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Jantsons and you pertaining to the subject
matter of this Agreement. In its sole discretion, Jantsons may modify these Terms and Conditions by posting the
revised version on this Site and you agree that each visit by you to this Site is a new transaction governed by the
Terms and Conditions linked on this Site at that time.

(e.g., through an online review or chat room), Jantsons may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole
discretion whether to remove or request the removal of such Content from the Site. Jantsons may disclose any
Content or electronic communication of any kind: (i) to satisfy any law, regulation or government request; (ii) if
such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate the Site; or (iii) to protect the rights or property of Jantsons, its
Users or Providers.

Jantsons reserves the right to prohibit conduct, communication, or Content that it deems in its sole discretion to be
harmful to individual Users, Jantsons, the communities that make up the Site, or any rights of Jantsons or any third
party, or to violate any applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither Jantsons nor its Providers can ensure

18. CONSENT TO RECEIVE AND SEND EMAILS
By utilizing the Seniornicity website to send or receive emails, you hereby provide your express consent to receive
and transmit electronic communications, including but not limited to emails, phone calls, or other forms of
electronic communication, between yourself and the individuals/entities you choose to engage with through the
platform including Jantsons dba Seniornicity and its affiliates.
Your consent will be retained in our records for a minimum of four (4) years and a maximum of five (5) years, in
compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

19. DISPUTES WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS
Any dispute you have with a Service Provider listed on our Site is solely between you and the Service Provider.
Jantsons is not responsible for resolving such disputes and will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting
from your interactions with Service Providers. However, we encourage you to report any concerns or issues to us so
that we can maintain the quality of our platform.

affecting the validity or enforceability thereof in any other jurisdiction or the remaining provisions hereof in any
