About Seniornicity

With approximately 50 senior-focused professions available, a single transition can require coordinating 4 to 6 of them at once, each one essential to aligning the wants, goals, and needs of the older adult. Seniornicity brings it all together.

Seniornicity is a national senior-focused ecosystem that unites senior-focused professionals into one coordinated community, organized around a simple idea: every older adult deserves a plan, and every plan deserves a team.

At the center of that team is the Seniornicity Transition Consultant. Your STC gets to know your family, builds your plan with you, and coordinates the right professionals at the right moments, from financial planning and aging-in-place services through downsizing, placement, and bereavement support. One relationship, one plan for every stage of aging, and an entire community of specialists behind it.

Trust is built into the ecosystem. Chapter Members are reviewed by our Seniornicity Advisory Board, optional background checks add a Seniornicity Verified badge, and our proprietary Senior Transition Specialist (STS) certification trains providers in the ethics, timelines, and standards of serving older adults. Every badge on a provider's profile reflects a step that provider has completed, so families can see exactly who they're working with.

Our Core Values

From Realtors and Lenders to Caregiver Agencies, Estate Sale Experts, Sr Placement Advisors, and Insurance and Financial Professionals, every connection delivers peace of mind, reliability, and confidence during life's next stage.

"To be trusted is a greater compliment than to be loved." – George MacDonald

Guidance

Guidance is essential when navigating aging and life changes. Seniornicity Transition Consultants work with older adults and families to achieve their wants, goals, and needs across the entire journey, from financial planning through every transition and into bereavement support, implementing each aging plan with our trusted senior-focused professionals, including senior-focused in-home service providers.

"Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much." – Helen Keller

Knowledge

Knowledge empowers families to make confident decisions. Seniornicity Transition Consultants are trained across every dimension of the aging journey, housing, caregiving, estate sales, financial planning, and senior placement, and translate that expertise into plain answers. Your consultant knows the questions to ask, the timelines to expect, and the pitfalls to avoid, coordinating with the right senior-focused professionals to ensure seniors find the right care, home, and support for their next stage.

"Knowledge is enlightenment." – Leonardo da Vinci

OUR MISSION

At Seniornicity, we believe no older adult or family should navigate aging alone. The senior service world is crowded and confusing, so our mission is to organize and declutter that ecosystem: guiding every family through life's transitions with a plan built around their wants, goals, and needs, and a community of vetted, senior-focused professionals ready for every step, from financial planning through bereavement.

Because aging takes a team.

How Seniornicity Supports Families

With nearly 50 senior-focused professions out there, and only the right 4 to 6 needed at any given moment, families navigating senior life transitions often ask the same first question:

"Who do I call first?"

Seniornicity simplifies that decision.

Our Seniornicity Transition Consultants organize senior-focused professionals into one coordinated ecosystem, guiding families through every stage of the aging journey:

  • Planning ahead, from financial longevity to insurance and benefits
  • Staying safely at home, with home safety, modifications, and in-home support
  • Deciding what's next, whether aging in place or finding the right community
  • Making the move, from downsizing and estate liquidation to selling the home
  • Settling in and managing what remains, from new care routines to property matters
  • Ongoing support through every change, including bereavement and what comes after

You don't have to figure out the order, make the calls, or vet the strangers. That's what we're here for. Start with one conversation, and let your Seniornicity Transition Consultant coordinate the rest. Call 949-284-5404 or schedule your free consultation today.

How Seniornicity Supports Professionals

Seniornicity is also built for the professionals who serve older adults, because coordinated care starts with connected providers. Whether you join the network or lead a chapter, Seniornicity is designed to grow your business the way senior services actually grow: through trust.

A profile that works as hard as you do. Choose from membership tiers, each more advanced than the last, with a full professional profile, your phone, website, and social links, your service cities, featured video, and AI-assisted tools for your bio and social posting.

Refer and be referred. Build real B2B referral relationships with trusted, senior-focused professionals across every specialty a family may need, so the client you can't help alone becomes the client your network helps together.

Be referred by a Seniornicity Transition Consultant. Our STCs build aging plans with families and then make warm introductions to the senior-focused professionals whose services fit that plan. As a member of the ecosystem, your profile, badges, and STS certification put you in front of the consultants doing that matching, so when a family in your area needs exactly what you do, you're the professional they meet.

Join the Conversation. Membership includes access to The Seniornicity Community, and it's no social media app: it's a dedicated space where you communicate directly and live with older adults and their family members, answer real questions in real time, and build your local team of senior-focused professionals, all geo-mapped to your local area so the connections you make are the ones that matter to your market.

Earn the STS. Our proprietary Senior Transition Specialist certification trains you in the ethics, timelines, and standards of serving older adults, online and self-paced or in-person, with a verifiable badge displayed right on your profile.

Go local with a chapter. Chapter Members meet monthly, one hour with fellow providers and one hour with seniors and families, receive STS complimentary, and build the deepest local presence the platform offers. Chapter Directors receive in-person STC training to lead their market.

Professionals within Seniornicity share a commitment to serving older adults with expertise, integrity, and clarity.

Aging Takes a Team

Seniornicity was founded by Simone Kelly after more than three decades of building businesses and working across nearly every stage of the transition journey experienced by older adults and their families.

Throughout her career, Simone has built and led companies spanning real estate, mortgage lending, transaction coordination, escrow, estate sales, franchising, business development and senior-focused services. Rather than spending her career within a single profession, Simone built companies across multiple parts of the same journey. That breadth of experience gave her an end-to-end perspective on how transitions unfold and, importantly, how the decisions and services involved affect one another.

Her unique experience owning and operating a transaction coordination company was particularly relevant. Coordinating a real estate transaction required bringing multiple professionals, deadlines, responsibilities and moving pieces together around one client and one outcome. Years later, that same principle would become an important part of the thinking behind Seniornicity.

Simone repeatedly saw families experiencing one continuous transition while the professionals serving them naturally approached that transition through their individual areas of expertise. Seniornicity grew from the belief that those areas of expertise become more valuable when they are connected around the person they are ultimately there to serve.

While Simone's professional experience shaped the vision for Seniornicity, her personal life reinforced its purpose. After her mother suffered a severe stroke at 55 and later survived a near-fatal accident, Simone spent years navigating the complex realities that so many families face. Despite her own professional experience, she learned firsthand how difficult it can be when the decisions become personal, and how hard it can be for family members themselves to reach out and ask for help.

That experience deepened her conviction that older adults and their families deserve access to a coordinated team of trusted professionals around them.

That conviction is grounded in the Take It Back™ Philosophy Simone created and shares from conference stages. It taught her the importance of accurate information, the confidence to share that knowledge with the people she serves, and the discipline to build systems around a mindset, not just a playbook: when we take back our confidence, our fear, and our insecurities, it flows naturally to the people we work with, so a senior or family member feeling loss, scared, and alone can feel safe, unafraid, and protected by the knowledge, experience, and network of professionals we coordinate for them.
